Statement of Ethics


  1. Respect and Value for the Community: We are committed to fostering collaboration and a respectful relationship with our communities and our society. We strive to contribute to the social, economic, and cultural well being of local communities by providing infrastructure support to cultural and community development organizations. We encourage both employees and members of society to participate in projects and initiatives to strengthen those communities.
  2. Respect and Value of Our Clients: We strive to exceed our Client's expectations and are committed to achieving excellence. We respect our customers and believe in open and honest communication. We will uphold the interests and values of our Client and respect Client confidentiality. We will respect and utilize the authority and knowledge of our Clients and establish realistic expectations of the benefits and results of our services. We will maintain a diverse range of Clientele and we will not base selection on money, but more on the needs of the organization and the benefits of that organization to our community.
  3. Relationships with Fellow Employees: We seek to provide a work environment that will recruit, develop, and retain outstanding people. We promote fairness. We hire and pay based on merit and experience. Management is responsible for overseeing the development of employees and helping them reach their full potential. Each employee is responsible for creating a climate of trust and respect within the organization. We are intolerant of discrimination and harassment.   4. Integrity, Competence, Objectivity
  5. A.Integrity

    • We will not knowingly participate in, assist or ignore violations by a Client of relevant laws, regulations and professional codes
    • Not misrepresent our credentials, our qualifications to perform services or any other information provided to Clients
    • Comply with all relevant laws, regulations and professional codes
    • Determine our fiduciary duty of care to each Client and comply fully with that duty
    • Charge Clients fair and reasonable fees that are agreed upon in writing before work begins, and inform the Client at once if any additional financial benefit is realized in the course of the assignment
    • Hold all employees and associates accountable to comply with this Code
    • Maintain Client record confidentiality and use proprietary Client information only with Client permission
    • Will not allow conflicts of interest providing a competitive advantage to one Client through the use of confidential information from another Client, and immediately declare any conflict of interest to Client
    • Inform Clients of our professional obligation to comply with this Code of Ethics

    B.Competence

    • We will constantly seek to keep informed of all relevant laws, regulations and professional codes
    • Keep informed of all relevant professional knowledge relating to our consulting practice
    • Take on only those assignments in which we have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform competently
    • Inform the Client when we discover we do not have the necessary knowledge and/or skills to perform competently on an assignment, and assist the Client in finding the services of a professional who has the necessary knowledge and skills
    • Base all proposals, recommendations, and advice to Clients on the thorough and diligent research and analysis expected of a professional consultant serving the best interests of the Client
    • Constantly seek to understand the circumstances and needs of our Clients so that we may best meet their needs

    C.Objectivity

    • We will seek to avoid any circumstance that may keep us from acting objectively and independently in the best interests of our Client
    • Disclose to Clients all information that will enable Clients to determine when recommendations and advice are based on fact and when on opinion, and generally to enable Clients to understand the underlying rationales
    • Agree with the Client in advance on the basis for professional charges
    • Develop realistic and practical solutions to Client problems
    • Immediately acknowledge any influences on our objectivity to our Clients and will offer to withdraw from a consulting engagement when our objectivity or integrity may be impaired.
